The Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) is an annual conference, bringing together the top representatives in the fields of offshore drilling, production, environmental protection and exploration. The OTC includes attendees from around the USA and abroad, with annual attendance usually exceeding 50,000 with more than 110 countries represented.

Since 1969, the City of Houston has welcomed attendees to the OTC, each year attendance grows substantially, making the Offshore Technology Conference the largest conference held in Houston to date.
